Rinse the sticky face under lukewarm water after each wear, rub it gently with a fingertip, rinse clean. No soap, no detergent.

Getting them on

Clean, dry skin first — lotion, oil and body shimmer are what break the grip. Put your top on, lift the film off the glossy face, and slide each insert inside the garment. Set it low and wide against the outer side of the breast, press inward from the underarm so it takes hold on both your skin and the inside of the top, then scoop everything toward the centre.
Your pads are flat foam sitting loose in a bra, which is why they end up under your armpit by 10pm. These are contoured silicone with a deep dome, and they're sticky on both faces at once — your skin on one side, the inside of your dress on the other. That's where the volume comes from, and it's why there's nothing for them to slide against.
About forty nights. Rinse the sticky face after each wear, let it air dry, then press the protective films straight back on. Leaving the films off is the fastest way to ruin a pair — dust and lint bury the adhesive and it stops holding.
