Refund and Return Policy

At BARE, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and damaged or incorrect items are handled.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return under our standard return policy, the item must be:

  • returned within 30 days of delivery,
  • unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition,
  • returned with original tags and packaging, where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, except where required by applicable consumer law.

2. How to Start a Return

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent to the following returns address:

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, original shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue,
  • clear photo evidence of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer, at our discretion and as required by applicable law:

  • a replacement,
  • a full refund,
  • or another appropriate resolution.

If the return is due to our error or a confirmed product issue, we will not require you to bear return shipping costs.

6. Partial Refund Without Return

In selected cases, we may offer a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned.

This option is entirely discretionary and may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

If you accept a partial refund without return, the matter will be considered fully resolved for that item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns for:

  • items returned after the 30-day return window,
  • items that are clearly worn, washed, damaged by misuse, or not in original condition,
  • final sale, clearance, or otherwise non-returnable items where clearly stated at the time of purchase, except where prohibited by law.

8. Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law in your place of residence.
